Automotive Detailing Lead (Grave-Shift)

  • You feel obligated to report anything that seems damaged and doesn’t look right.

HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours/week.  Overtime, as needed.  You may be asked to work either a Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday through Sunday schedule.  Hours start at 6:00PM and ends when fleet of vehicles is clean; if not a lot of buses are out, the night is shorter; if the fleet is out, work may continue until 3:30AM or whenever finished.

PAY: $18.00-20.00/hour – dependent upon experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Automotive Washing & Detailing Job Overview:

  • Experience leading, supervising or managing a team of employees, including scheduling, training and reviewing employee on-the-job performance.
  • History of reliability
  • Will consider relevant physical experience from other industries such as warehouse, construction, freight, shipping, janitorial, distribution and other fields of work.
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Reliable form of transportation
  • Able to regularly lift 45 lbs. and perform duties involving extensive walking, bending, climbing vehicle steps, stretching & twisting
  • Criminal background check and drug test (including for MARIJUANA, as required by Dept. of Transportation) required.

Minimum Motorcoach Washer/Detailer Qualifications:

  • History of reliability
  • Will consider relevant physical experience from other industries such as warehouse, construction, freight, shipping, janitorial, distribution and other fields of work.
