Northwest Navigator provides charter bus transportation for sports teams throughout Oregon, Washington, and beyond. Whether your team is traveling to a local game, a regional tournament, or a multi-day out-of-state competition, Northwest Navigator can arrange fully custom transportation with a professional Motorcoach Operator who understands the demands of team travel. All sports team transportation is custom built around your team’s schedule, roster size, equipment needs, and destination.

Fleet Options

Northwest Navigator operates three vehicle classes for sports team transportation:

14-Passenger Sprinter Van Suited for small teams, coaching staff shuttles, and support crew transportation. Comfortable and easy to coordinate for tight game-day schedules.

27 and 34-Passenger Mini Bus The right choice for mid-size teams and travel parties. The 34-passenger mini bus includes an onboard restroom, Wi-Fi, and A/V system, making it a popular option for teams traveling longer distances.

56-Passenger Charter Bus Northwest Navigator’s full-size Prevost motor coach is the best option for large rosters and full travel parties. Includes undercarriage storage for equipment bags, gear, and luggage, keeping the passenger cabin comfortable throughout the trip. Onboard restroom, Wi-Fi, A/V system, reclining seats, seat belts, and wheelchair lift for ADA accessibility included.

All vehicles are maintained on a documented preventative maintenance schedule and cleaned before every trip. Northwest Navigator Motorcoach Operators are experienced in team travel logistics and understand the importance of on-time arrivals for game-day schedules.

Northwest Navigator holds top safety ratings from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (USDOT #1815385). All Motorcoach Operators are fully licensed with a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), undergo background checks prior to hire, and complete safety training that meets or exceeds DOT requirements.

Each vehicle undergoes a pre-trip inspection before every departure and follows a documented preventative maintenance schedule between trips. Northwest Navigator’s Extreme Triple Clean program applies a multi-step layered approach to vehicle hygiene involving cleaning, sanitizing, and protection before every trip.
